Lujatalo, part of the Luja Corporation, is a contractor specialised in residential and office buildings. They offer services for e.g. project and property development. Finding suitable project locations is a key part of the business, and to make this easier, Lujatalo has implemented CHAOS’ solution that offers location data and urban forecasts. Since the company has several different customer segments, there are many use cases for the solution.
“As a company, we must constantly acknowledge the current situation and future development of our operating areas,” says Jukka Lindholm from Lujatalo’s property and urban development unit.
“We use CHAOS for deepening our understanding of our operating areas. Additionally, it’s a storage place for this information. We have also found promising locations directly through CHAOS”, Jukka adds.

Lujatalo has been closely involved in the development of CHAOS’ solution, and the cooperation will continue. The teams of Lujatalo and CHAOS meet weekly discussing, among other things, the next possible development points of the solution.
“Lujatalo gives us valuable information from the users’ perspective. We use it in product development and improving our solution,” says Customer Success Manager Matilda Ahola from CHAOS.
